Mr. McKinney is a veteran in Domestic and International Global Supply Chain management in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. He is a multidimensional leader with a proven track record in leading high performance teams. His skills include special projects management, proposal planning and preparation and project planning and control.
Mr. McKinney is the Global Supply Chain Program Manager for Northrop Grumman Corporation’s Mission Systems Airborne Sensors & Networks (AS&N) Communications Division. Career highlights include Global Supply Chain Leadership for the X-47B Program where he developed acquisition strategies and proactively managed surveillance over subcontractor affordability, risk/opportunity management, quality, cost, and schedule performance. His X-47B achievements include the teams Collier Trophy Award and an Aerospace Systems President’s Award for Program Excellence.
Mr. McKinney currently serves on the University of Southern California (USC) Black Alumni Association Advisory Council, the Board of Wilson Global Consulting based in Washington, D.C.; and President of the New Designs Charter Management Organization Board of Directors. In that capacity he advises on operations, strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, and board/program development.
Mr. McKinney is a long term member and serves on the Executive Leadership Team of the Los Angeles Alumni Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He has also served on the USC Board of Governors and the Su Casa Family Crisis and Support Center. His additional interests include theatre, music, golf, billiards, and tennis. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and received his MBA from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University. He has successfully completed Executive and Leadership Programs at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Anderson Graduate School of Business and Management.
